HELPING STAKEHOLDERS MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS

Over 18 years of engineering and technical experience involving plant operations and maintenance, plant optimization, plant safety, fire and loss prevention coupled with experience in people management & training.

In past role I am involved in supporting regional underwriters at AIG to evaluate account risk profile, strategize on large limit accounts and execute broker/client service offerings.

Actively involved stake holders of  key accounts such that the overall account  risk profile improves over time and continue to be an attractive risk to participate and grow for the insurers and reinsurers.

Additionally I supported the regional field engineering team at AIG on high hazard manufacturing accounts such as Steel, Aluminium, Pulp & Paper and Semiconductor both at location level risk assessments and account level management.

I was also the field engineering manager for MENA & Russia where I led a team of 12 engineers and took on the responsibility as the de-facto training coordinator for the APAC, MENA & Russia region supporting the account, field engineering & underwriting practices.

More recently I have been actively involved in the business interruption specialization and represent the account engineer practice for this competency in the APAC region.

My previous exposure in FM ranged from risk assessment of low hazard occupancies up to High Hazard Power Generation Plants. In addition I was also team manager leading a team of 12 loss prevention engineer/specialist that covered SEA.

I also lead the FM Power Generation Specialist team within Asia and supported the business growth. As a Power Generation Specialist at FM, my role extended beyond risk assessment and management activities but also carrying out loss investigation on large losses.
